Berend Bracht
President and CEO

Berend Bracht started his career with the company in 1991 as Hydraulics Sales Engineer in Munich. In 1993 he joined the industrial hydraulics organization in Bethlehem, PA initially as an Application Engineer. Bracht became Production Manager in 1997, then Vice President and General Manager of the Standard Products operation in 1999. With the merger of Bosch and Rexroth in 2001, Bracht was appointed Vice President and General Manager for the U.S. Industrial Hydraulics group. He became CEO for Bosch Rexroth China in 2004 and was named President and CEO for Bosch Rexroth Corporation in the U.S. in 2007.

Raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Bracht received master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the Technical University in Munich.

Steve Roberts
Executive Vice President and CFO

Steve Roberts started his career with Bosch in 1994 as Divisional Controller at Bosch Automation Products, now part of Bosch Rexroth. Between 1994 and 2003, Roberts held various positions in the controlling and commercial areas of Bosch Automation Products, until 2003, when he became Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance at Bosch Rexroth. He has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2005.

Roberts received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Wright State University.

Ken Hank
Executive Vice President Hydraulics

Ken Hank has been Executive Vice President of the Mobile Hydraulics division since 1998. Hank's 26-year career with the organization began in 1975 when he joined Rexroth Industrial Hydraulics as a design engineer. Over the years, Hank has held such diverse positions as application engineer, distribution manager, and product manager. Just prior to his current position, Hank was vice president and general manager of the axial piston products division.

Hank studied Mechanical Engineering and has certificates in Fluid Power Application.
