This PAC’s 36-MB program memory plus a 1-GHz processor equals impressive machine cycle times, multitasking capabilities, and ability to run multiple device profiles. A reusable code feature saves memory and reduces scan rate by 50% versus comparable PACs.
Numerous pre-programmed open machine functions -- using IEC 61131-3 standards – provide superb flexibility. Scalable hardware lets you re-use programs from other Rexroth controllers within your original configuration. And L65 programming uses familiar Rexroth PLC/PAC IndraWorks unified software.
The L65 also offers built-in connectivity and a standard controller that interfaces with networks from DeviceNet to ProfiNet. Add expandability and plug-in function module capability, and the result is a compact, powerful, and versatile machine control. And if you need to do motion control, the L65 offers an amazing 64 axes of control over the Ethernet-based SERCOS III network.
