VT-HACD DPC-1X digital clamp axis controller for high-speed clamp axes moves a large mass smoothly, quickly and precisely. The DPC features internal DeviceNet or external analog, clamp profile control. Hydraulic shock is eliminated in all normal operating conditions using simple adjustments for smooth, accurate acceleration and deceleration. The control's active damping feature allows operation of springy, low-natural-frequency systems without shock at high speeds, with position repeatability not possible in the past. The DPC also includes closed-loop pressure and force control options that can greatly enhance low mold protection.

The DPC is the only press control in the plastics market that can completely close the loop on motion profiles and offer active damping and adaptive braking technologies.

VT-HACD DPQ-2X digital injection-cylinder controller, with the most responsive control, the flexibility to create a smooth transition from velocity to pressure regulation, and unmatched repeatability to fractions of a percent. The DPQ features user-selectable internal DeviceNet or external analog, injection profile control, easy set-up and application flexibility for use with most injection molding machines. Closed-loop injection velocity and pressure profiles have completely bumpless transitions, and hydraulic shock is eliminated in typical operating conditions. Transfer from velocity to pressure control may be triggered by injection cylinder position, hydraulic pressure, or mold cavity pressure.

VT-HACD-DTC transport controller is optimized for applications like blowmolding, where synchronization of shuttles must be fast and precise. With typical shuttle speeds up to 50 m/s, the DTC must combine fast speeds with easy, gentle stops.
