Model VT-HACD-DPQ Digital Injection Axis Control for Hydraulic Molding Machines
Series 2X

A digital controller card that provides a complete hydraulic injection axis control solution; uses injection velocity profiles that are controlled completely by use of closed loop position control. An advanced position command profile is calculated automatically based on the velocity profile input by the operator.

Common applications include plastics injection molding, transfer molding, extrusion, broaching, rubber molding, and accumulator head blow molding.
