RGA Request

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Request

Submit your repair orders online using our RGA (Return Goods Authorization) request form.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete the RGA Request Form. You will be asked to supply your contact information and repair product details.

  2. After submitting your request, you will be contacted by the
    Customer Service Representative in your area. You will also
    receive an E-mail with the Customer Service Representative's information.

  3. The Customer Service Representative will provide any pricing information. You will be asked to fax a purchase order in order to process your request.

  4. Once the purchase order is received, the Customer Service Representative will provide the RGA number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return shipment.

  5. All returned goods must be shipped pre-paid. Shipping information will be provided by the Customer Service Representative.
