Support for RMA Requests
 |
 |
 |
 |
The actions listed here are required to complete an RMA request. For any actions that require a submitted document (PDF), you'll find links for those below.

| 1. | A completed DF-461 (Health Safety Environmental Impact) form is required before the RMA number is issued.
| | 2. | Download Return Instructions to send the defective/failed product back to a Bosch Repair Facility. Download RMA shipping label.
| | 3. | A brief description about the problem with the product may be required in order to understand the issue for the product. Understanding the problem will help the technician repair the product.
| | 4. | A PO number for the material repair(s) is required to track the costs and material.
| | 5. | A $150 evaluation fee is required and will be applied to the repair(s) if the product is out of warranty. Additionally, the customer has to accept proceeding with the repair(s) and the cost of repair as part of the agreement.
| | 6. | Please send your RMA request and all supporting documentation from this page to appengreq.brl@boschrexroth-us.com.
| | 7. | Please include all of your contact information with your RMA request - including name, company name, address, city, state, zip code, email and phone number.
| | 8. | If the product is out of manufacturer’s warranty and/or the product was repaired previously and is beyond repair, Bosch Rexroth may not accept the material for any further repairs. |
