Material Transfer: Material Flow
Roller conveyors in several styles make single-piece material flow easier than ever. Our modular, workpiece-pallet-based approach gives you complete flexibility in moving, stopping and positioning your products.

Material Supply: Information Flow
Line-side inventory flow racks and supermarket replenishment are built into the MPS system. Customize our Flow Rack to fit any lean cell you design. Material shuttles, grab bins and a wide range of conveying media let you replenish line-side inventory or supermarkets with ease. Thoughtful details, such as colored rollers, provide at-a-glance visual management to improve information flow.

Custom Workstations: People Flow
Our bolt-together Aluminum Framing system and ergonomic workstations combine with a complete range of bins, shelves, balancers and lights to build the most ergonomic, the most flexible, the most productive system available. With these custom workstations, you can eliminate wasted space and improve people flow in your system. The T-slotted aluminum frame lets you position anything you need exactly where you need it. The easy interlinking of workstations gives you maximum resource flexibility by allowing workers to move freely from station to station.
