Leveling feet, Footplates and Foundation Brackets help you level and secure your structure to meet a variety of application requirements. Leveling Feet can be used on the shop floor as well as the office and the End Cap with Hole provides a clean finished appearance to the end of the profile when using leveling feet. All provide a perfect foundation for machine frames, tables, workstations, conveyor supports or other structures. Features of Rexroth's floor to frame elements include: - All Leveling Feet feature bases that swivel 5° to compensate for uneven floors. The threaded shaft has a wide adjustment range to ensure levelness of any structure. - End Caps with Holes clip easily into the ends of the profile and provide a clear through-hole for leveling foot installation. - Foundation Brackets do not interfere with leveling feet and attach directly to the profile T-slot. Available in 160mm or 210mm lengths they can easily be secured to a concrete floor with an 8mm anchor bolt, 76mm long (not included). - The 120 x 120mm heavy duty die-cast aluminum Footplate can be used with 45 x 45, 45 x 60 and 60 x 60 profiles vertically to secure structures to the floor. Adjustment marks on the sides of the footplate align with the profile center line to aid in positioning.
